Herbalife Results Kit Review

For the past couple of weeks now, I've been trialling this little box of goodies from Herbalife {if you read my last post, you'll know how much I adore these products}. I'd been so excited to get my hands on my own kit after hearing all about it at the pamper night {again, mentioned in the last post}, & so when I got the message that my order had arrived, I was ecstatic. I had such high hopes for this product, after seeing the results achieved for past Herbalife customers, & I have to say, I was not disappointed!

The kit contained five different products, which all targeted different aspects of skin care & promised a more beautiful & glowing complexion in the space of seven days. Having used other Herbalife products, such as the scrub & the mask, & seen the amazing results which can be achieved in the space of an hour or so, I had no doubt that the kit would deliver as promised!

The first product is the 'Soothing Aloe Cleanser', the largest of the five I received. Used twice daily, it helps leave skin smooth, gently cleansed & radiant, making it perfect for dry to normal complexions, whilst the aloe vera has moisturising properties, so not only does it help keep skin clear & fresh looking, it also leaves it plumped & supple too! As with many of the Herbalife Skin line, the cleanser is rich in anti-oxidants, meaning not only does it make your skin look fabulous, it cares for it at the same time.

After a week of using it one to two times a day, alongside my Magnitone Lucid Facial Brush'{review coming soon} I've seen fantastic results. I don't tend to have overly problematic skin, but I do get the odd, occasional breakout on my cheeks & chin, which this cleanser really helped to overcome. As a result, my skin was left feeling moisturised & clean, without being taught or tight, which tends to happen with the majority of foaming cleansers I've used past.

The second & third products which were included in the kit were the 'Daily Glow Moisturiser' & 'Replenishing Night Cream', again, two of the products demonstrated at the pamper evening. I have to admit, I haven't been hugely keen on moisturisers or night creams in the past, especially when I was younger & going through a phase of bad skin, as I thought that an influx of oily products would simply cause even more problems. However, thorough moisturisation is one of my daily rituals of good skin care, & the 'Daily Glow Moisturiser' certainly delivers. It has a fresh, citrus scent, & it blends into the skin like a dream. I've worn this simply by itself, without any makeup, & it definitely improved the overall look of my complexion; my skin was glowing, plumped & evened out in tone. I used the 'Replenishing Night Cream' on a daily basis & could certainly see a difference once I woke up in the morning; Without being too greasy or simply settling on the skin's surface, it absorbed immediately, leaving my skin moisturised, plumped & softened. I have to say, I adore!

The final two products I received in this kit were the 'Hydrating Eye Cream' & the 'Firming Eye Gel'. Prior to the pamper evening, I knew very little on the importance of caring for the skin around your eyes, or how to do so. I was amazed to learn just how delicate the skin here actually is, upto ten times thinner than that on the rest of the face, & so how to properly apply your products in a way that provides the most gentleness & care. By using your ring finger {the one which applies the least amount of pressure}, creams or gels should be gently dabbed onto the skin, not smeared or pulled, as this can cause damage. With this new knowledge in tow, I was excited to give it a go myself. The 'Hydrating Eye Cream' definitely helped brighten the area around my eyes, & left it feeling hydrated & moisturised, especially when used in my early morning routine. The firming gel helped to diminish the look of dark circles & puffy eye bags, which are certainly something I've been having issues with recently, & especially as I've got older.

I honestly can't praise these products, & the the kit as a whole, enough. If you haven't yet had chance to experience any Herbalife products yourself, I can't recommend enough that you do! They are definitely something else!

Until next time, lovelies
