Hello lovelies! We've reached my favourite time of year, where the nights get chillier, the socks get fluffier & our beauty routines get a drastic overhaul to help us prepare for the colder weather. However, it's also always a fantastic excuse for a little bit of shopping! One of the best things about autumn & winter, in my opinion, is the changes in the beauty trends we see on a day to day basis; the summery shades we've seen for the past few months are packed away in favour of much more autumnal tones, such a golds, coppers, tans & berries. I hope everybody's having a lovely Monday as I come to you with another, extremely overdue blog post! For Christmas {yes, that overdue} I was thrilled to receive this as one of my gifts from my family. I'd heard so much about facial cleansing brushes & knew they could work wonders for your complexion, promising deep pore cleansing & gentle exfoliation, but I always thought they were well out of my price range. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! I don't know about you, but I am oh-so excited about the season's festivities this year, I can barely contain myself! In the spirit of things, I thought I'd treat myself (& a few of my family & friends) to some cute little Christmas treats!

Matalan & Alder Hey

So, a little while ago I heard the news that Matalan was teaming up with the Alder Hey Children's Hospital Charity to help raise money & awareness for the work this amazing cause do through the selling of these absolutely adorable alphabet scarves. At just £10 each, they are amazing value, & all of the proceeds go straight to the ones who need it the most; Alder Hey is one of the busiest children's hospital's, helping over 270,000 young people & their families through the toughest times.
